These terms apply to every person who opens or uses a 7vachan account. Access is available where local law permits, and it is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before opening an account.

Yes. We may update these terms when required by law or operational changes. We will notify you via your registered email or in-app message before any update takes effect. Continued account use after the notified date means you accept the revised terms.

Raise a formal dispute through live chat or email, quoting the clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We will issue a written response within five business days. If unresolved, the dispute moves to the process described in clause 9 of these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process will be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, as specified in clause 14 of these terms.
